Our local trip rates are primarily hourly-based, with a minimum rental duration of 5 hours per trip, while long-distance journeys are determined by mileage.

How many buses can I book simultaneously?

You can reserve as many buses as your requirements demand. We'll assemble a fleet that suits your needs perfectly.

Can we bring food and beverages on board?

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring food, drinks, and even alcoholic beverages on the bus; just be sure to inform your representative in advance. Please note that there is a $200 cleaning fee in the event of any spills or mess.

Is it necessary for me to supply food, beverages, or accommodations for my driver(s) if my reservation extends over multiple days?

You are not obligated to offer food and drinks, but lodging should be provided for the driver(s) in the event that your reservation covers multiple days amenities to ensure a comfortable ride.

How frequently will the driver need to take breaks during the journey?

The break schedule will be agreed upon between you and your driver(s) before the trip. It's important to note that by law, drivers can only drive for a maximum of 10 consecutive hours before taking an 8-hour mandatory break.

Can a school logo be applied to the bus?

Certainly, you can brand the bus with your school's logo. We recommend reserving an additional day at the start of your rental for the wrapping process and another day at the end to remove the branding.
